Have you ever seen children falling like rain from the sky? Or plucked a child like flowers from a garden? Even our Lord Jesus Christ’s journey on earth was not “magical.” He had parents. He was born, nurtured, taught, and prepared for His assignment.
God is intentional. He carefully places every child into a family because parents are needed to prepare them for tomorrow.
Every child arrives carrying purpose, potential, and God’s plan wrapped inside them. Yet purpose does not unfold by accident. It is discovered, nurtured, prayed over, and guided—day by day—by intentional parents who understand their Kingdom assignment.
This is why parenting is not just caregiving; it is preparation. Every session we have with our children is a training episode. As Kingdom parents, our role is to prepare our children for what God has planned for them. And this can only be fulfilled when we intentionally partner with God—by seeking His wisdom, aligning with His Word, and allowing His Spirit to lead our decisions.
When parents pray, teach, model, and walk with God, they become co-labourers in shaping tomorrow’s leaders, light-bearers, and world changers. Children don’t arrive ready-made for the future; they are entrusted to us so that, with God, we can prepare and develop them into who He has designed them to be.
Be intentional.
